The caterer came up with the idea of having his snacks and drinks presented on the bar with the conveyor belt. By doing that, he killed two birds with one stone. The bar gave the premises appeal and was soon the ultimate meeting point of the guests. In addition, the caterer needed less staff serving: after all, there was a single distribution point used by all.
