The dishes were served in a highly innovative way during the 'Samen Innoveren' congress dinner, namely on the Catwalker Avenue. The dishes from the open kitchen 'ran' into the public from three sides. The guests are served with minimum staffing levels. Food entertainment and a practical solution in one.
