How many bends and straights can I fit together?
In theory you can fit any number of modules together. You will need to include some bend modules for sturdiness and stability. The bar does not have to be completely round, however.

Does the bar come with lighting as standard?
Yes, we fit the design bar with LED lighting as standard.

Does the bar come with a tap installation?
No, the bar comes equipped with a bar top and a finished side panel. If you hire a tap installation from elsewhere, you can build the bar around it to form a neat entity.

Can I set up the bar myself?
The bar is not difficult to assemble, but it consists of a large number of separate parts which are housed in a compact flight case. So Pre-Motion will assemble it for you. For repeat projects or distant locations, you can assemble it yourself following brief training or instruction.

How do I find out the prices of the different systems?
Prices are available on request by e-mail, by phone or by clicking on one of the action buttons. For more information and to obtain a list of the products available for hire along with a price list, click on the "Direct mail" action button. If you already have a product in mind and would like a specific quote for your event, click on "Ask for a quote". It can often be useful to discuss your requirements by phone before asking for a quote for a particular system or special project. Who does Pre-Motion supply to?

Pre-Motion works with caterers, exhibition stand builders, shopfitters, architects, events and organisation firms, hotels etc. We also supply direct to the end user.

How do I order a presentation system?
Give us a call, drop us an e-mail or complete the contact forms to check whether the dates you require are still free. If you wish, you can take an option on them and confirm whether you wish to go ahead later on.

Which days do you charge rental on?
Generally we will only charge you rental for the duration of your event. We do not charge rental on the setup day of events lasting more than one day. This set-up period can be extended by mutual agreement.

What is the procedure for setting up the systems?
This depends on the type of product. Many of our products are relatively complex to set up, so this is done by Pre-Motion installation engineers. You provide the power connection and tell us where you want the system to be installed. We do the installation work. Our systems generally take about 90 minutes to set up. We agree the setting up date and site with you. You will need ensure that the floor (on stands) is finished before we can set up.

When does Pre-Motion set up and dismantle?
We make every effort to meet your requirements. Generally speaking we can set up at any time between 06:00 and 20:00 Mondays to Saturdays. We charge a surcharge of €125.00 for setting up outside these hours. Exception: We do not set up or dismantle on Sundays.
